Hi, I’m Jordan

I am a born and raised small-town Minnesotan, I grew up near in a small town 45 minutes West of the Twin Cities but when I got engaged to the love of my life I found myself packing up and moving North to Fergus Falls, Minnesota. This small and historic town has officially stolen my heart and I am so glad that I get to call it home.

People often refer to me as an introverted extrovert. I am quiet mostly but when it’s time to be heard, I make sure I am heard. If you are into personality tests and things I am an INFP on the myers-briggs and an enneagram type 1! I am always chasing the next adventure, whether it be a new destination or a new personal project. In my free time you can find me curled up, nose down into a book, freezing at a hockey rink, or on the lake with my family!

It all began about 10 years ago when I was 12 in a middle school art class. From dreaming about being the next big flower photographer, to now shooting weddings and seniors, I genuinely cannot believe I am living out my dream.

My road to becoming a wedding and portrait photographer has been a windy road, to say the least. From independent studies in high school struggling to know what a “project” was, to a mentorship that changed my life and had me taking a sharp right turn into portrait photography. I was enrolled in the wrong program for me for college, dropped out, and re-enrolled into Ridgewater College to fully pursue my dream. I had yet another eye-opening internship in college and learned so much I was now confident and ready to launch my business. So after graduating from Ridgewater and obtaining my Professional Photography and Technology Diploma. I registered my business and was ready to take on the role of a business owner.

These past two years of being a registered business have been so incredible and I cannot believe that I get to photograph people for a living. Documenting memories and moments bring me so much joy and I am so excited to continue serving clients the best way I can.

QUALITY

I want to provide quality images over quantity. (although I am notorious for being an over shooter, so you might get both in all honesty). Each image is edited to my high standard. Every photograph goes through a 4 step editing process to make sure that it is consistent with the style and quality Jordan Elizabeth Photography likes to produce.
COMMUNICATION

Communication is key. A phrase I think everyone should live by. When working with every client it is very important to me to communicate everything I can within a timely matter. I strive to answer all emails within 24 hours an I am always asking if you have questions about anything. It’s unfair to you to be confused during any step of the process so I do my best to communicate everything I can!
TRANSPARENCY

Transparency is the most important thing to me. I will be honest and upfront about everything. I will let you know when I do not know something, but will find the answer. I will answer any questions with no hidden messages. And I will be honest about everything. It is more important to me to serve you the best way YOU need, and not about trying to get more money out of you.

Jordan has been great to work with! We started out working with her for a newborn session for our second child. Jordan was very calm, came to us and was very accommodating during the session. The photos turned out great! Since then we have done multiple family and extended family sessions and have not been disappointed! The photos are beautiful, she captures both still shots but also takes action just in the moment photos as well that are precious! Jordan is timely in her responses and in her turn around for photos! We will continue to use her for our family photos and are excited to see her grow in her photography business!

I am located in Fergus Falls Minnesota! However I am available to travel to just about anywhere!
Yes! 100% Yes I travel! I will travel to just about anywhere! reach out and we can plan something EPIC!
Yes! I do offer payment plans on ALL my photography packages. I require a 25% retainer to book your session, the rest is due the day off your session (or 30 days before your wedding). Anything in-between is up to you! You can make as many or as little payments as you want! So payment plans are completely customized to what will fit your budget.
Yes! I do, once you receive your final gallery you will be able to order any prints or products directly from there! And don’t forget to ask me about my custom albums! (which are available for all sessions!)
